RockTape and Kinaesiology Taping
Taping is used in MSK and Neuro physiotherapy.
It includes the various applications of a thin stretch tape in assistance of sports and non-sport injuries, back pain, musculoskeletal ailments and the management of neurological conditions involving spasticity.
It is believed the tape changes the information your sensory nervous system is sending about pain and movement in your body.
